If your order was placed before 4.00PM GMT Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend (after 4.00PM GMT Friday) will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a notification email which will contain your unique tracking code and details of your delivery.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection we will send you an email notification with details of how and when to collect your order. Please note, if you placed your order after 4.00PM GMT Monday to Friday your order may not be ready for collection until the next working day.
When you collect your order you will need to show identification with your photograph on such as a driving licence or passport. If somebody will be collecting the order on your behalf please ensure that they bring photo identification for both themselves and for yourself.

Returning Your Order
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please return the item or items to us within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.
Please note items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance or odour and marks of any description.
Please visit the Customer Returns page where you will be able to generate your Return Authorisation code and reserve any exchanges that you require. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe receipt for all returns. Please note we do not offer a free returns service. Please see the full Terms & Conditions for further information.
Once we have received your authorised return, we will process the goods and it may take up to 7 working days for your refund to be issued.
If you have reserved any product for exchange then once we have received your authorised return we shall process the goods and dispatch your replacement item(s) within 72 hours.
